What we're known for

Hen and stag groups are the heart of what we do

Most of our weekends are hen and stag bookings, and a lot of them are full trips away rather than a single night. That's the work we've built the bus and the schedule around.

Hen Parties

The hen decides the plan, we handle the getting-there. City runs between bars and restaurants, or the full weekend away with the bus collecting you at home and bringing everyone back at the end. Booth seating means the group stays one group all night — no splitting into taxis, no waiting on the path in the cold.

  • Hen dos, hen nights out and full weekends away
  • Door-to-door on the night, no taxi scramble
  • Route and timings built around your booking

Stag Parties

Stag groups get the same treatment: one bus, one driver, one price agreed up front. Whether it's a run around Dublin or a weekend in Carrick-on-Shannon, Kilkenny or Belfast, the transport is the part nobody has to think about again once it's booked.

  • Stag dos, stag nights out and full weekends away
  • Weekend trips out and back, both legs covered
  • Groups from 12 up to 31 seats

Belfast & Carlingford

Add the 15-person party bike to your weekend

Roughly seven a side, everyone pedalling, going nowhere fast — the party bike is the bit of a weekend people talk about afterwards. It runs in Belfast and Carlingford and works as an add-on to a bus booking rather than a standalone Dublin service.

It suits hen and stag groups who want something in the daytime before the night gets going. Ask about it when you enquire and we'll build it into the quote.

Bespoke

Ask us about our Belfast weekend package

For groups who'd rather book one thing than five, we put together a full Belfast weekend on request: hotel accommodation, transfer up on the party bus, the party bike included, and complimentary drinks waiting when you arrive at the hotel.

It's arranged bespoke around your group rather than sold off a shelf, so there's no fixed price listed — tell us your numbers and dates and we'll price the whole weekend in one go.

Where we go

About us

A Dublin party bus company built around getting groups there together

Party Bus Hire Dublin exists for one job: getting a group of friends where they're going in style, whether that's a lap of the city on a Saturday night or a full weekend away. The centrepiece is a 31-seat party bus fitted with laser lights, a Bluetooth sound system, an on-board toilet and booth-style seating that faces forward and back — so the group travels as a group instead of in rows.

Hen and stag parties are the heart of the business. Plenty of those bookings are weekend trips rather than single nights: we collect the group, run them out to Carrick-on-Shannon, Kilkenny, Carlingford, Belfast or Galway, and bring everyone home again at the end. Both legs, one booking, one company answering the phone.

Beyond hen and stag work we also handle one-hour Dublin runs for bar and restaurant hopping, debs nights, birthday parties and tea parties. Airport transfers are available too, though they're not the focus. For something a little different, there's a 15-person party bike operating in Belfast and Carlingford — a pedal-powered, sociable add-on that groups tend to remember long after the weekend.

A small, dedicated team of drivers handles every booking. Vehicles are fully PSV-licensed and compliant, the business holds the proper operator licence, and we're fully insured for passenger transport. Drivers hold Cat D licences and CPC qualification, and seatbelts are fitted on board. That's the part groups shouldn't have to think about, so we make it plain up front rather than burying it.

There's no fixed public price list, and that's deliberate. A one-hour city run and a Belfast weekend for 28 people are not the same job, and pricing them off the same sheet only ever means someone overpays. Every booking is quoted individually in euro against your route, your timings and your group size. Card and bank transfer are both accepted, and a small deposit holds the date once you're happy.

Because we run one bus rather than a yard full of them, dates genuinely do sell out — particularly Saturdays through hen and stag season. Some groups come to us the same week, others book months ahead. Either way, the sooner you send the date over, the better your chances of getting it. Send the form below, ring us, or drop a message on WhatsApp, and we'll come straight back with a price.

Common questions

Before you enquire

How many people does the party bus hold?+

The bus seats 31 people and works best for groups from 12 upwards. Seating is booth-style, forward- and back-facing, so everyone is together rather than staring at the back of a headrest.

What does it cost to hire a party bus in Dublin?+

Every job is quoted individually in euro, because routes, timings and group sizes vary so much. Send us your date and plan and we'll come back with a straight price — no packages you don't need bolted on.

How far in advance should we book?+

Availability moves fast. Some groups book the same week, others book months ahead. Weekends during hen and stag season go first, so book early to avoid disappointment. A small deposit holds your date.

Do you travel outside Dublin?+

Yes. We're Dublin-based and cover all of Dublin, and we regularly run to Carrick-on-Shannon, Kilkenny, Carlingford, Belfast and Galway — and many more besides. Weekend trips include transport out and back again.

Is the bus licensed and insured?+

Fully. The vehicle is PSV-licensed and compliant, the business holds the proper operator licence, and we're fully insured for passenger transport. Drivers hold Cat D licences and CPC qualification. Seatbelts are fitted on board.

How do we book?+

Phone, email or WhatsApp — whichever suits. Send the enquiry form on this page and we'll reply with a quote. Once you're happy, a small deposit secures the date. Card and bank transfer both accepted.
